Your mission

  • Help lead an internal team seeking opportunities to enhance the Huma platform through mergers, acquisitions or partnerships
  • Identify, understand and analyse companies across the digital health landscape to find suitable opportunities
  • Diligence targets alongside organising external supporting groups (banking, tax, finance, legal)
  • Negotiate deals and bring to conclusion opportunities identified
  • Oversee integration and post-transaction activities to ensure successful outcomes

 

From day one in this role, we’ll expect you to have

  • 5-10 years experience in finance, with preference for M&A – buyside, sellside or corporate
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to deal directly with senior counterparties (CEO/CFO/Advisors) to represent Huma
  • Ability to project manage both internal and external supporting parties

 

It’s great, but not required, if you have

  • Ideally track-record in technology and/or healthcare sector
