Your role
🧠 As our Software Engineer, you will have a key role in deploying Clarity digital brain clinic. You will collaborate with the R&D and product team to design and develop the best platform delivering remote monitoring and digital therapeutics for patients with neurological disorders. You will enable hundreds of millions to access digital solutions and support along their patient’s path.

- Design and deploy the entire software architecture of Clarity digital brain clinic.
- Develop the front and back end of our platform on mobile and desktop.
- Managing the product roadmap and achieving product milestones.
- Create the most delightful user experience and make Clarity an unforgettable journey.
Who you are (skills & experience)
We would love to have you on our team if you,
- Are driven by solving health issues, especially neurological disorders.
- Are product and results-oriented. We look for someone who will keep the product on top of his/her mind and have the ability to execute the roadmap. You should be comfortable shipping new features on a weekly basis.
- Have an analytical sense and critical thinking: you will need to design different software architectures and interfaces. This requires framing the technical requirements, analyzing and evaluating a problem or issue, and iterating around the solution.
- Are flexible and learn fast: given the scope of work, you should be able to jump from one topic to another with a similar impact. You should be comfortable stepping outside your role to help team members and reach product milestones.
- High ability to execute and collaborate: given the scope, volume and timeline of work, you should be highly committed to delivering and putting heart into your work.
- Are patient and determined. With any Start-Up, patience and determination are key. We are determined to bring our solutions forward, however, we recognize that there will be setbacks. We seek an individual who can be patient and understanding when we face these obstacles and able to stay motivated to help us reach our goals.
Key qualifications
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Informatics or equivalent experience.
- +3 years experience developing and shipping Apps and Web Apps.
- Experience developing software using React.
- Experience with HTML and CSS, SQL databases.
- Creating unit testing and coding standards.
- Deploying software tools, processes and metrics.
- Configuration management.
- Solid software engineering knowledge: UML, OOP, design patterns, interface-based design, test-driven design, and design for testability.
- Experience with deriving software designs from functional designs.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with C+/C#, Java.
- Familiarity with the Agile Development Process using SAFe/Scrum and seeking relentless improvement in your way of working.
- Familiar with a large software base and tools like GIT or SVN and with continuous integration tools and concepts.
- Open to receiving and providing feedback.
- Ability to work closely with other team members.
- Having previously worked in a company developing hardware and software products.
- Having worked in the health industry is a plus.
