Who we are
Clarity is an early-stage health-tech startup founded by Raphael Certain. We are developing the first Digital Brain Clinic for patients with neurological disorders. We believe that brain health should be delightful, and accessible to everyone, from anywhere. At Clarity, we develop cutting-edge health solutions based on the latest advancements in neuroscience, digital therapeutics and precision medicine to power a transformational and emotional healthcare journey.
Our first technology is a digital therapeutic with the potential to slow down the progression of Alzheimer’s Disease, by administering neurostimulations using virtual reality (VR). Neurological disorders are devastating for patients and their families, and we are committed to providing an affordable, effective, and easy-to-use solution.
We bring together passionate, dedicated and talented innovators to develop the next generation of brain health solutions.
As a member of our team, you will play a significant role in pioneering those solutions and improving the lives of hundreds of millions of patients and families worldwide.

Who you are
We would love to have you on our team if you:

- Are flexible and learn fast: given the scope of work, you should be able to jump from one topic to another with a similar impact and without missing the important details.
- High ability to execute and collaborate: given the scope, volume, and timeline of work, the ability to direct people – including yourself – towards a particular goal that may require orchestration is key. You should be highly committed to delivering and putting heart into your work.
- Business-oriented: you will often have to think at the company level, assessing what would be best for the business. Understanding what can make a business great (product-wise, strategically, in terms of image, etc.), and usually making correct decisions, even in the presence of ambiguity, is critical.
