Your Role

As a Product Management Intern at Brainamics, you will bridge the gap between Tech and Business, constantly improve our product offerings  and check the technical feasibility of new product ideas. Succeeding in this position requires technical knowledge as well as a solid business sense and professional communication skills towards customers.

Your Responsibilities

• Data analysis, and usability testing for our services.
• Work closely with the development and design team and transform customer pain points into product capabilities using Brainamics technical knowledge.
• Analyse the usability of our web-platform using Google Analytics and identify improvement opportunities.
• Analyse and benchmark our competition and ensure we keep our competitive edge.
• Develop concepts and define the most important requirements to further maintain and extend our highly innovative product.
• Prepare, document and analyse customer and user interviews.

Your Profile

• Strong product intuition and UX design sensibilities.
• Good understanding of gaming and the gaming industry in general.
• Demonstration of strong written and verbal communication to non-technical and technical audiences to communicate complex ideas in a simple and creative manner.
• Affinity for metrics and data analyses to make strategic product decisions.
• Preferably, you have an academic background in computer science, maths, statistics, business or economics.
