Job Summary

Medpace is the leading CRO for Biotech companies that has continued its growth year-over-year. We are currently seeking a Vice President, Clinical Trial Management with a focus on Neuroscience and CNS, with the opportunity to support growth in Ophthalmology as well. This individual will be office based in Cincinnati, OH, which has recently expanded its campus to now include a new seven-story building with covered parking, in addition to multiple Gyms/Fitness Centers, Hotel, Phase 1 Pharmacology Unit and onsite Shipping and Receiving. Responsibilities

In this new position, you would report to the Therapeutic Vice President of Clinical Trial Management and be a key member of the Global Clinical Operations management team and a contributor to the overall success and future growth of Medpace. The Vice-President, Clinical Trial Management will be responsible for the leadership and strategic direction of the global Clinical Trial Management group; a pivotal team of Directors and Managers, based in all global regions.  You would be responsible for ensuring operational excellence and continual improvement in the Clinical Trial Management group. Another key component to this role is strategic involvement in developing and maintaining client relationships and ensuring optimal service delivery to our clients.

Qualifications

• Masters or PHD in life sciences/medical field;
• Experience in successfully leading international CRO Project Management or Clinical Trial Management teams;
• Previous experience and proven ability to lead and motivate staff, think strategically, and execute organizational strategy
