By joining the Huma EU Healthcare team, you will contribute to solving their key challenges of delivering Huma’s solutions to the German hospital and wider healthcare market, fulfilling their medical and economic needs. In particular, you will be responding to tenders and public procurement processes from hospitals and other players in the healthcare sector. You will be working in a regulated environment and will be confronted with detailed questions on the product side as well as on the tender side. A focus on partner management and technical coordination will contribute to successfully winning new clients.

 

Your mission

  • Scale Huma’s Hospital at Home across the German healthcare system, e.g. KHZG by responding to tenders
  • Develop and lead new growth opportunities in Germany
  • Oversee critical aspects of deal generation, development and execution, such as pricing, contract negotiation and closing
  • Maintain existing relationships and build new ones with key stakeholders across client organisations (including senior clinical leads)
  • Act as a strong contributor to the broader commercial growth strategy and team development

 

From day one in this role we’ll expect you to have

  • Fluent in German (C1-2) and English
  • Experience in the digital German healthcare landscape, e.g. KHZG, gematik Infrastruktur, interoperability
  • Proven track record in tender management with hospitals 
  • Knowledge about the German healthcare system (reimbursement system etc)
  • 5+ years experience in related fields

 

It’s great, but not required, if you have

  • Successfully realised projects with hospitals and/or health insurers
  • Experience in remote patient monitoring, telemedicine our outpatient care
