We are looking for a Head of Growth Marketing to join our dynamic US Healthcare team and help scale Huma’s Hospital @ Home vertical. A successful candidate will be responsible for both strategic and tactical marketing deliverables.
Your Mission will be both strategic and tactical
- Build and implement Go to Market strategy for Hospital @ Home business in US.
- Design and implement growth initiatives for the US Healthcare market which may include but not limited to; KOL cultivation, new channel development, strategic relationships etc.
- Build and refine product market fit and business model including but not limited to offering, pricing, contracts, etc.
- Regular reporting on competitors’ market positions, evaluation of the strengths and weaknesses of their services, and creating competitive insights and intelligence.
- Work in partnership with global teams to develop and execute marketing initiatives that support Huma’s company objectives.
- Liasing with our global Marketing teams to develop and optimize collateral, drive social media campaigns, generate brand awareness, and set priorities for US public relations initiatives.
- Supporting US sales with market research and driving product awareness.
- Establish a lead generation strategy, creating, managing, and qualifying leads for the Commercial Team
- Manage Hospital @ Home specific trade shows, conferences and relevant marketing events as we broaden Huma’s US brand presence and scale.

From Day One:
- 10+ years experience in growth marketing in US healthcare
- 1-3 years experience in digital health and scaling companies
- Experience managing PnL in commercial setting for a product or portfolio
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in strategic planning and collaboration with senior leadership and C-Suite leaders
- Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills to identify risks, provide market insights, and draw valid conclusions from findings using data.
- Analytical and statistical skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to deliver insightful ideas and draw findings from figures.
- Experience with CRM database, HubSpot and customer analytics.
