We’re looking for a Product Manager in Germany to manage and coordinate the onboarding, implementation and delivery of our technology for new and existing clients in the DACH region. To succeed in this role, you must have excellent technical aptitude and demonstrated proficiency in driving collaboration across diverse cross-functional project teams, aligning priorities, setting expectations, and managing dependencies.

Your mission

• Conduct initial scope analysis with Clients, PRD review and negotiations with engineering
• Be the bridge between the business side and the technical / product team
• Actively monitor defined deliverables to ensure timely completion of projects
• Taking abstract data, technology trends, solutions, and presenting them to a business audience
• Implement and support new products, product improvements, product enhancements and customisation
• Solve customer problems, create and oversee new processes
• Estimate the costs, resources, and time to complete a project
• Analyse the specific requirements needed to be successful in the German healthcare environment
• Translate requirements into specifications for our product
• Communicate Huma’s USP to existing and potential customers
• Contribute to product development

From day one in this role, we’ll expect you to have

• Experience in the digital German healthcare landscape, e.g. KHZG, Gematik Infrastruktur, Interoperability
• Knowledge about the German healthcare system (reimbursement system etc)
• Proven success realising projects with hospitals and/or health insurers
• 5+ years experience in related fields
• Fluent in German (C1-2) and English
