Operations Coordinator

As the Operations Coordinator in our Fremont facility, you will have the unique opportunity to make a lasting impact on the Neuralink employee experience and will be the ‘go-to person’ for one of the most talented teams in the world. This includes supporting the essential office functions and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the facility and team.

Examples of concrete duties:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the facility, including employee programs such as food and beverage, transportation, events, and assisting with onboarding. 
  • Responsible for maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the facility and storage areas, ensuring the state-of-the-art systems are maintained in a healthy, safe, and sanitary manner.
  • Supporting company functions and team events to further expand employee engagement and build company culture. 

 

Key qualifications:

  • Minimum 2+ years experience in office or facilities management.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships across multiple office locations.
  • Experience with event planning.
  • A strong knack for learning different communication styles and working cross-functionally with various teams.
  • Proven track record of meeting deadlines and taking initiative to make confident and well-informed decisions.
  • Experience with G-suite, Slack, and expense and travel software programs.
  • Calm under pressure, with a sense of humor is a must.

 

Preferred qualifications:

  • Industry experience in bio-tech, residential, and/or commercial building management.
  • Industry experience in a non-software business, e.g. manufacturing, construction, transportation, biotech, medical devices etc.
