Your mission

• Work in close collaboration with developers and technical product owners to ensure effective, positive testing outcomes with SDLC Methodology -Agile / Scrum / Iterative Development
• Continue making decisions and exploring options that enable the best overall experience 
• Bridge the gap between the company’s stakeholders and the teams working on the projects
• Ensure that teams have the information they need to best complete their projects
• Ensure overall progress and health of projects
• Track project milestones and deliverables across the team
• Project risks and progress on mitigating these risks
• Ensure operational efficiency and project performance

From day one in this role, we’ll expect you to have

• 4-5 years as a Release Manager in an Agile development environment
• Certification in PMI-ACP, Agile Scrum Master, Safe 5.0. 
• Experience managing the release processes for business onboarding projects and data migrations 
• A collaborative nature and the ability to build consensus among multiple stakeholders
• An understanding of source control management systems (e.g, GitHub) and effective code branching/merging strategies
• An understanding of solution delivery and relationship to Change and Release Management
