Brief Description:
Reporting to BUD (H/O or NS) the Innovation and value manager (IVM) is responsible for supporting the development and execution of innovative projects in the affiliate, during the period of temporary mission. The IVM will partner with EUR/Int team to develop, execute, and tailor new projects and opportunities.
In close collaboration with the Medical and Marketing colleagues (in both H/O and NS), the IVM successfully will manage innovative projects with a hybrid scope reaching a mixed digital/in person approach, adapted to the needs and situation of each TA/drug, aligned with the strategic priorities of our registered products or in development, within the subsidiary Jazz Pharmaceuticals Iberia (Spain and Portugal).
The IVM will partner with EUR/Int team to execute, develop, and tailored new projects and opportunities. The incumbent is responsible for ensuring all activities are executed in accordance with regulatory and legal frameworks including but not limited to GCP, IFPMA, FarmaIndustria Code of Conduct and local regulations as well as Jazz Pharmaceuticals Policies and Healthcare compliance, as well as completed on time and according to the budget, working with the advisors/managers to correct any type of deviation.
Essential Functions
- Proactively manage innovative projects towards achievement of established objectives while adhering to agreed scope, time, quality, and budget
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
- Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders (internal and external) about strategy, adjustments, and progress
- Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
- Monitor the status, progress, and finalization of projects by maintaining continuous communication with the various stakeholders (internal and external) and make adjustments as needed
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement

Required/Preferred Education and Licenses
- University Degree
- At least 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Ability to work in English – both written and verbal communication
- Computer Literate – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
