Strategic Analytics & Intelligence (SAI) provides strategic advisory, business guidance, and decision support to senior leadership in Commercial, Medical, and Government Affairs (CMG). We do this by using market intelligence to drive decisions for the benefit of patients and customers. The Manager in SAI serves as a trusted and objective expert, leveraging their credibility to influence key decisions that drive impact across the organization. They are a strategic advisor to many key stakeholders. As an Individual Contributor (non-people manager), this individual is responsible for providing strategic recommendations with moderate guidance / supervision, leveraging their capabilities in the following area of expertise:
- Market Research: qualitative and quantitative research with patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders in the healthcare ecosystem that impact the patient experience

Major Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of patients, other customers, and market dynamics, and deliver insights that help the organization drive patient impact.
- Help stakeholders define clear, impactful business priorities, and develop action plans.
- Design and execute primary and secondary market research, synthesizing the results from the research into actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate within cross-functional teams to develop solutions.
- Provide an objective, holistic point of view; effectively weigh and communicate trade-off considerations.
- Take an enterprise mindset, linking individual responsibilities with broader organization; focus on outcomes that provide most business and patient value.
- Act as a thought partner and advisor to all relevant teams and stakeholders; look for and establish opportunities for peer mentorship.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline: Business, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Life Sciences, Mathematics, Computer or Physical Sciences or related field
- 5+ years of relevant work experience preferred
- Expertise in designing and fielding qualitative and quantitative primary market research plans
- Experience synthesizing concise summaries focused on the key insights that inform business decisions
- Proficiency in understanding market landscape and surfacing insights across multiple primary data sources
- Experience translating research or analysis to concise, compelling business stories that influence decisions and strategy
- Experience acting as a strategic thought partner to teams; Demonstrated ability to problem solve and think outside the box
- Proven track record of leadership, time-management, project management, and teamwork
- Expertise in standard analysis and presentation software (Excel, PowerPoint, gSuite)
- Persuasive written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
