Job Summary
This role’s primary focus is the successful execution of Sales/Business Development Plans for the assigned territory and the achievement of quarterly and annual sales plan objectives. The successful individual maximizes BrainScope products, initiates and builds sustainable relationships with customers and physicians, and ensures superior customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities & Contribution
- Identifies the needs of each customer and develops quarterly sales plans designed to best meet those needs.
- Develops and implements a plan to secure new business and expand current business. Develops and implements a plan to achieve territory goals and metrics.
- Executes on strategies designed to open new accounts, as well as increase individual account revenue/profitability.
- Participates in the management of BrainScope’s educational training for physicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals within their territory to ensure that they are confident and competent to effectively utilize the BrainScope technology.
- Contributes to and fully leverages BrainScope’s CRM system and reporting to track sales, monitor results and analyze data within the territory.
- Maintains knowledge of key customers, the market, industry trends, competitors and leading competitive strategies.
- Develops, cultivates and maintains relationships with Key Customers, Key Opinion Leaders and Strategic Partners within the territory to obtain and provide technical, professional and managerial support for BrainScope products.
- Shares “best practices” and innovative ideas that can impact BrainScope’s overall success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 4+ years of successful Medical Device sales experience. Experience in the Emergency Department and/or Neurology is strongly preferred.
- A proven history in sales performance, obtaining net new business and building relationships with customers to bring our device to patients in need
- History of managing customers and sales pipeline in a CRM.
- A dedicated and unrivaled work ethic to making yourself and BrainScope as successful as possible.
- A demonstrated ability to work effectively across several departments to achieve overall company objectives.
