Job Description

About This Role

As Senior Administrator in Biogen UK’s Multiple Sclerosis (MS) commercial team, you will join two other administrative associates to support the efficient operation of the marketing and sales functions. You will report to one of the MS marketing leads and be aligned to a group of products within our MS portfolio. The role requires a high level of attention to detail and collaboration with all business functions. You’ll be joining a small and diverse team who support each other to be successful and to enjoy our work.

What You’ll Do

• Raising purchase orders
• Tracking spend and reconciling invoices
• Coordinating third party sponsorships and events inline with company policy
• Managing contracted HCP payments inline with company policy
• Supporting material management and approvals
• Supporting internal audits
• Completing materials withdrawals 

 Who You Are

You have a high level of attention to detail and are able to follow processes. You are a team player and are happy to collaborate with colleagues to gets things done in the best way.

Qualifications

Required Skills

• Knowledge of all Microsoft office packages
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time whilst maintaining an eye for detail
• Ability to think beyond boundaries of own job, challenge status quo and seek opportunities for continuous improvement
• A can-do attitude with good listening and problem-solving skills in order to drive to find practical solutions
• Excellent team player

Preferred Skills

• Experience within UK pharmaceutical industry preferred
• Experience of Oracle and Veeva PromoMats an advantage
