The Role:

This is an exciting new opportunity in our Product team to join us in driving the success of Max Kelsen’s recently created Precision Outcomes Platform (PROPeL) for healthcare data management and Artificial Intelligence (AI) product development. PROPeL is a secure and scalable platform designed to enable healthcare providers, medical device manufacturers and pharmaceutical companies transform data into value and clinical innovation, create new opportunities and improve operational efficiency and clinical outcomes. PROPeL provides capability across the data lifecycle including ingestion, storage, curation and state of the art analytics as well as healthcare application hosting (Companion Devices, Clinical Decision Support, Software as a Medical Device) while meeting global privacy, security, quality and regulatory requirements.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop strategic roadmaps for the product to drive opportunities for growth
• Establish product market fit across the various PROPeL user groups and target customers
• Complete effective competitor analysis 
• Work with the Chief of Operations and Project Manager to present accurate quarter/annual budgets for the product team
• Understand the regulatory and industry requirements of the product
• Work closely with the product team to create, prioritize and maintain a product backlog well in advance of development 

Expected Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience as a Product Owner within the tech industry for at least 1 year
• Bachelors in STEM or similar relevant field
• Extensive knowledge of Agile principles and best practice product development
• Great leadership, communication and presentation skills
• Experienced in healthcare research and development
• Excellent time management, planning and organisation skills
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
