Job Summary:
- Own portfolio or big strategic brand strategy to maximize the franchises business to achieve earnings and revenues objectives
- Define and drive the portfolio or strategic brand strategy, drive the growth and lifecycle management, forecast revenue and Opex, ensuring the realization of revenue and profitability targets in China
- Interface with APAC and global/local functional team as Franchise portfolio lead.
- Assist the Marketing Head to build marketing capabilities to achieve effectiveness and efficiency of the business.
Job Description:
- Develop the portfolio strategies to optimize the business, including strategic business plan or portfolio plan and franchise lifecycle management.
- Lead portfolio growth initiatives, including executing portfolio strategies, managing compliance review, leading development of the campaign and selecting best fitting models for the market , leading and developing tactic plan and execution and supporting to train field force on product positioning and prioritization, supporting on tracking progress towards target
- Understand associated diseases today and tomorrow, emerging therapies and technologies, competitive activities, etc. through participation to scientific congresses, market/business intelligence, networking in the field, in particular building a network with physician community and Key Opinion Leader (KOL)
- Monitor and ensure execution, apply appropriate processes, like regular program reviews, definition and follow-up of appropriate dashboards/metrics, proper collaboration with LivaNova internal resources
- Review and actively contribute to brands plan and A&P allocation
- Lead the review of product life cycle management strategy with cross function team.
- Work with the key multi-functional experts to define critical go-to-market parameters, including reimbursement, pricing, segmentation, target population, market positioning, etc. in order to maximize the growth opportunity generated by the launch of the new therapy
- Contribute to franchise forecasting
- Develop life cycle management strategy
- Input to the country operation plan
- Interface with APAC and global team to gain support
- Prepare report for global & country level internal communication
- Lead in the portfolio budget planning and control
- Input to allocate and manage in the portfolio budget sales target and P&L
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree (in Medical or Medicine preferred), Master degree prand MBA is a plus
- 3+ years professional marketing / product experience in related fields
- Experience in carrying out projects independently
- Strategic thinking. Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good proficiency in oral and written English
