A Day in the Life

This Senior Sales Administrator provides sales reporting and analysis to the neuromodulation field sales team by analyzing revenue trends, calculating territory and customer portfolio opportunity, managing reporting databases and delivering timely, accurate and meaningful analysis.

 

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • Provides proactive business analytics support & analysis to Commercial Leadership and the field sales organization
  • Review regional business results and provide actionable guidance to sales management
  • Prepare scorecard by area and product line to track business goals in PBI
  • Partner with Sales team to establish and measure performance metrics
  • Prepare and publish daily, monthly, quarterly scorecards to track metrics for all sales organization roles using PBI
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis as required via various systems including SAP, Excel, Business Objects, and Business Warehouse
  • Partner with Sales team in developing tools, tactics, and programs to drive incremental revenue growth
  • Proactively seek out areas of process improvement
  • Ensures total readiness of internal sales processes, systems, and procedures for new product launches
  • Maintains strong therapy and product knowledge and insight into future product plans and programs
  • Conduct customer-level analytical reviews to generate business intelligence insights for sales and marketing in a senior executive level
  • Provide sales structure/alignment direction to the commercial team
  • Support reporting and mapping for territory optimization
  • Collaborate with Sales Leaders, Finance and Rewards on sales force alignment, performance and compensation strategies
  • Partners with IT, finance to strategize and plan annual system requirements and monitor progress towards completion

 

Must Have: Minimum Requirements 

  • Bachelors degree required
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience

 

Nice to Have

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI required.
  • Must have experience in presenting data and analysis to multiple members
  • Experience creating sales reports, including use of database manipulation
  • Must be flexible and adaptable; must demonstrate good judgment, tact, discretion, and diplomacy in decision-making authority.
  • Must have strong interpersonal and organizational skills, have excellent communication skills, be able to handle multiple tasks and have effective time management skills.
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills, including accuracy in record keeping and correspondence.
  • Must be able to handle confidential information.
