As the Sr Product Manager, NET Non-Personal-Promotion and Digital Marketing you’ll lead and drive the NPP and digital engagement strategy and execution for Patients and HCPs in close collaboration with Marketing (including HCP/Patient/Regional Marketing Leads), Sales, Market Access and Digital team. In this role, you will develop a vision and strategy to develop a next generation customer (Patient and HCP) engagement leveraging digital communication tools including channels available to Sales function.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Understand the patient journey, treatment journey, competitive landscape and align NPP and digital strategy with identified micro moments and support marketing team to develop relevant content for identified channels
- Improve and optimize reach of key targets with customized messages via NPP and digital channels (including CRM tools for Sales team).
- Prioritize and evaluate NPP channels in collaborations with digital team and data/analytics team. Leverage AI driven data analysis to derive optimal channel mix
- Develop strong collaboration with external agencies and key internal cross functional groups within the organization (Regulatory, PR, Patient Advocacy, IT, Legal, Value and Access, Market Insights, Medical Affairs, Procurement and Sales)
- Manage brand budget and project budget within targets and monthly, quarterly KPI
- Focus on non-personal promotion and next generation digital customer engagement with HCPs and patients.
- Work closely with US cross-functional teams to share and drive brand strategies and tactics to ensure
This is a US based position. No international relocation will be provided for this position.
This position will be located at the East Hanover, NJ site and will not have the ability to be located remotely. This position will require 10-20% travel as defined by the business (domestic and/ or international).

Minimum requirements
What you’ll bring to the role:
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree; Advanced degree (MBA) preferred
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years marketing experience required
- Experience in pharmaceutical marketing and understanding of Oncology/Hematology
- Brand marketing experience, including experience in developing HCP NPP, direct to consumer/patient, digital, e-marketing, CRM and/or social media channel strategies strongly preferred
- A strong background in digital marketing and the drive to support the development and execution of the US Neuroendocrine Tumors (NET) marketing strategies.
