Description of Work

The BCI Guys are officially announcing our Internship Program! We are looking specifically for someone with a Neuroscience background who writes well and knows (or is willing to learn) basic video editing. We can offer around 15-20 hours a week of work ($15/hour) with the option of providing college credit as a professional experience (depending on your school). Your day to day tasks may include the following:

• Researching video topics
• Creating rough drafts of video scripts
• Storyboarding videos
• Helping to schedule podcast interviews
• Doing rough cuts of our videos (aligning audio+video and basic editing – you will be taught this skill)
• Assisting with social media posts

Qualifications

• Has completed or is in pursuit of an undergraduate degree with an interest in neuroscience
• Enthusiasm about topics in neurotechnology
• Demonstrated ability to seek out and read neuroscience/neurotech papers
• Ability to break down complex scientific topics into simple explanations
• Strong writing skills

Bonus Skills

• Artistic ability (draw/animate)
• Has experience creating multimedia content
• Basic video editing capability
