The following challenges await you:

• Supports all procurement functions and community for Buford, GA and Wilmington, NC
• Supports procurement efficiency initiatives 
• Holds regional accountability execution of strategic sourcing of direct spend 
• Drives regional strategic improvement programs and accountable for productivity and value creation KPIs (not responsible for cleaning OTD-S, automation rate, e-catalogue rate)
• Executes strategic procurement for the GBs direct materials (BOM) in assigned categories globally within GBU
• Manages categories between GBUs globally (lead buyer concept) if required
• Leads strategic supplier negotiations, in alignment with the BP or lead buyer
• Establishes procurement procedures for the allocated category 
• Develops and aligns category strategy for assigned category, incl. markets, suppliers, policies, levers and approved vendor list

Your Profile:

• A 4-year degree in business or a related field is required. 
• A minimum of 7 years of procurement experience is required. The equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.  
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills
• Strong emotional intelligence
