Clinical Trial Manager

The Role

We’re looking for a proactive and organised Clinical Trial Manager with a passion for innovative medical devices. 

​Responsible for the end-to-end planning and ​management of our clinical trials, our Clinical Trial ​Manager will be instrumental to ​the evolution and success of our ​clinical ​research as ​we continue to scale product development over the next 12 months.

Collaborating across ​our ​multi-disciplinary ​team of Engineers, Neuroscientists, Physicists, and Researchers – ​you will have effective communication skills and a dynamic mindset, identifying key pathways to rapidly establish and execute our clinical ​trials program, whilst ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently plan and implement clinical trials of CoMind technologies
• Prepare study materials, protocols and procedures
• Create and maintain study files and reports
• Lead the recruitment and training of the study team
• Establish and lead interactions with clinical collaborators
• Coordinate applications to ethical and regulatory bodies
• Facilitate study set up and monitoring onsite
• Management of Clinical Trial Agreements and other contractual documentation
• Lead study oversight groups, facilitating meetings and providing reports
• Liaise with study sites to ensure data is up to date and maintained
• Monitor study progress, ensuring compliance whilst identifying and rectifying issues as they arise
• Prepare research progress and monitoring reports

About You

• Strong experience end to end managing clinical trials, ideally with medical devices
• Understanding of relevant ethical and regulatory bodies
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
