The Role:

We’re looking for a stellar Senior Product Designer to help us take our mental fitness tools to the next level. As a part of our world-class design team, you’ll work with product-oriented engineers, content strategists, and other stakeholders to help build stunning, thoughtful, and impactful experiences for our millions of users.

This is a fully remote position based anywhere in North or South America.

• You’ll improve and maintain our design system, streamlining workflows and collaborative processes

• You’ll have a direct influence on product and company decisions

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience designing mobile products 
• A design portfolio that demonstrates outstanding UX and UI work
• A comprehensive understanding of mobile design patterns
• Experience building and maintaining design systems
• Hunger to challenge yourself, learn new things, and tackle complex problems
• A self-motivated and proactive work ethic
• A collaborative, communication-centric mindset oriented around giving and receiving impactful feedback, sharing opinions, and asking questions

Bonus:

• Experience building or working with games, educational, or meditation-based experiences
• Experience working in a fully remote work environment with teammates operating across various time zones
