The Role:
We’re looking for a stellar Senior Product Designer to help us take our mental fitness tools to the next level. As a part of our world-class design team, you’ll work with product-oriented engineers, content strategists, and other stakeholders to help build stunning, thoughtful, and impactful experiences for our millions of users.
This is a fully remote position based anywhere in North or South America.

- You’ll improve and maintain our design system, streamlining workflows and collaborative processes

Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience designing mobile products
- A design portfolio that demonstrates outstanding UX and UI work
- A comprehensive understanding of mobile design patterns
- Experience building and maintaining design systems
- Hunger to challenge yourself, learn new things, and tackle complex problems
- A self-motivated and proactive work ethic
- A collaborative, communication-centric mindset oriented around giving and receiving impactful feedback, sharing opinions, and asking questions
Bonus:
- Experience building or working with games, educational, or meditation-based experiences
- Experience working in a fully remote work environment with teammates operating across various time zones
