A Day in the Life
Reporting to the Korea Supply Chain Manager, the Supply Chain Project Analyst is a key role in leading local project on new legal requirements focusing on Unique Device Identification (UDI) and Medical Supply History Report. You’ll manage and audit data with 100% accuracy for on time submission to the local health authority. You’re expected to work collaboratively with cross functional teams and contribute to initiatives/projects within the supply chain business locally and globally. This opportunity is a contract position for 1 year and 5 months with possible extension.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle and fulfill the government requirement, and lead the local project focusing on new legal requirements – UDI and Medical Supply History Report
- Conduct data audit for the dataset to be submitted and review internal process, policies, and transactions to ensure that Medtronic Korea is fulfilling its legal adequacy and legal obligation without compliance issues
- Collaborate with service providers and cross-functional partners to fulfill UDI-related requirements
- Provide the data and respond to the inquiries/requests to health authorities and internal functions upon request
- Provide guidance and trainings to internal/external customers to improve the compliance awareness level
- Closely work with Customer Care and Supply Chain managers / teams to understand & seek the area of supply chain improvement
- Support Korea, APAC, and Global-level continuous improvement projects
Must-Have
- Completed Bachelor’s degree qualifications
- 7-8 years’ experience working in supply chain related field within medical devices, pharma, or other healthcare industries
- Open to junior talents with min 3 years of relevant experience
- Sound understanding of end-to-end supply chain concepts
- Understanding of Medical Device Industry business and distribution channels
- Understanding the operation implication of Korea Medical Device Act, applicable laws, regulations, and QMS / ISO requirements
- Demonstrated ability working successfully in a global, complex stakeholder environment
- Computer and MS Office proficiency
Nice to Have
- Demonstrated project management experience in leading operational excellence is strongly desirable
- Quality Assurance experience would be a great plus
- Advance level in Excel and SAP
