The Opportunity  

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator with outstanding attention to detail and a creative and organized mindset to join our growing team in developing life-changing medical devices.  

This is a full-time, salaried position starting immediately in our Salt Lake City office.

Responsibilities

• Handle logistics for scientific conferences including facilitating graphic design, coordinating print materials and booth structures and fixtures, booth selection, booth design and setup, shipping and material handling, booth logistics, and travel and lodging plans.
• Manage Ripple and all of its subsidiaries’ conference calendar and log. This call for close collaboration with our Sales and Support teams to create plans and budget for all scientific conferences and tradeshows throughout the year.
• Manage company websites and coordinate development with vendors as needed.
• Coordinate creation and distribution of marketing content with internal team members and external vendors.
• Assist with preparation and digital distribution of internal company newsletter.
• Facilitate, organize, and manage storage and marketing inventory.
• Maintain mailing lists and general data related to marketing. 

Key Qualifications 

• 2+ years experience in a marketing logistics or administration role coordinating activities related to tradeshows, conferences, and other events.
• 1+ years experience doing basic website development (not to be confused with actual programming).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when preparing event equipment for transportation and managing inventory.
• Intense organization skills.
• Basic to Intermediate proficiency using Microsoft Excel.
