Clinical Trial Assistant – Site Budget & Contracts

Job Summary

Our global activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time, office-based Clinical Trial Assistant to join our Study Start-up team. This position will work in a team to accomplish tasks and projects that are instrumental to the company’s success. Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day project support for site contracts and payments activities
• Assist with the reconciliation of site invoices to contractual obligations
• Provide general payment query support to Principal Investigators and site personnel

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in both French and English
• Attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
