What You’ll Do

  • Structure and execute clinical diagnostic deals and manage the end to end process including initial outreach, pitch/demo, technical discussions, security approvals, contracting, negotiations, and implementation (including ensuring compliance with appropriate regulatory guidelines)
  • Seamlessly handoff relationship and account management to the respective account manager
  • Collaborate with the full commercial team to build and refine diagnostic products launch plans
  • Proactively identify sales pipeline risks, develop mitigation plans, and adjust forecasts accordingly

  • Serve as the voice of the customer across challenges and opportunities to a broad cross-functional team of leaders across Product, Legal/Regulatory, Strategic Partnerships, and Marketing.

What You Bring

  • 2-3 years of experience in management consulting, business development, and/or strategic partnerships, including at least 2-4 years experience in an operational, commercial, or sales role at a healthtech start-up or diagnostics company

  • Ability to work in a cross-functional team, specifically willingness to collaborate with marketing, commercial, product development, and legal/regulatory teams
  • Comfort working in a scrappy, all-hands-on-deck environment; willingness to learn, admit failures, and pivot quickly; embodies a mindset of urgency
  • Hands-on, experienced, proactive, independent, articulate, and can get in the weeds but also think at the thirty-thousand foot level
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
