Job Responsibilities:

The Senior FP&A Analyst is someone within a company’s finance organization that provides management with insight into the company’s profit and loss (income statement), balance sheet structure and cash flow. This insight comes from the analysis of financial and non-financial operating metrics, and the inter-relationship between the two.

General Description and Duties:

• Preparation of Annual Budget
• Preparation of Monthly Dashboard with analysis of current financials against budget
• Variance explanations for budget v actual, and recommendations for improvement
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive improvement efficiencies
• Market research including market size, market-specific KPI’s, similar-company KPI’s
• Ability to condense large amounts of data into meaningful insights
• Ability to ensure data integrity

Position Qualifications

• Excel, PowerPoint, QAD
• Experience with data visualization software such as Tableau
• Experience with budgeting and reporting software such as Adaptive Insights
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal, skills
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

Minimum Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Data Science

Minimum Experience:

• 5 years of FP&A experience, preferably in the medical device industry
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
