Title: (Sr.) Product Manager for Prostate Health

Purpose Statement

• Responsible for end to end portfolio management
• Expand the market by driving adoption of Mens’ Health product in collaboration with global/region team
• Design and manage customer experience through customized training programs and quality in-service
• Explore effective communication platform to activate patients    

Key Responsibilities

• Subject matter expert on Prostate Health (AMS business, S-OAR, Rezum) treatment and experience
• Analyze business to understand market, procedure trend, competitor, stakeholder, patient pathway, and clinically unmet needs
• Collect customer insights and competitive intelligence and incorporate into commercialization and product management plans
• Develop strong relationships and credibility with healthcare professionals through product and competitive knowledge
• Coordinate and execute effective customer training programs to drive product adoption in field
• Explore effective communication channel to activate patients
• Team up with global/region team to develop strategy, and train customers.

Basic Requirements

• Ability to deal with ambiguity and show leadership in providing product and market insights 
• Analytical skills for business analysis
• Good communication skills with multi-functional people
• 7+ years of experience in marketing/sales in medical device or pharmaceutical industry
• Experience with surgical part is preferred.
