Job Responsibilities:
The Patient Marketing Manager will play a critical role executing our multi-channel strategy to increase patient awareness by managing program vendors and developing new creative, patient tools, and messaging. This individual will also be responsible for managing our digital footprint and owning social media strategy. This creative, analytical, and highly collaborative role will bring innovative thinking and ideas to help drive customer engagement and measurable results.
General Description and Duties:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential task satisfactorily. The tasks listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to perform this job effectively.
- Creates content for patient marketing collateral, website/blog/social media, and other initiatives
- Maintains a directory and inventory of DTC/Patient sales support materials, ensuring all resources are current and accurate, and coordinates the creation of new materials as needed
- Manages DTC social media accounts; creates an advanced and comprehensive social media content calendar to continually drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage the Axonics Ambassador Program; Ambassador relationship management, coordinating quarterly webinars and necessary training as well as outreach efforts.
- Develop high-quality novel written and visual content for each social media campaign
- Collect and analyze key DTC datasets with a focus on extracting insights and translating into viewer-friendly formats such as graphs and charts
- Delivering monthly reporting and project tracking reporting
- Manages and measures the success of campaigns
- Monitors, tracks, and reports on market trends and activities

Position Qualifications
- Understands how to execute social media campaigns and has a full understanding of all social media platforms
- Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal communication and attention to detail
- Understands graphic design principles
- Ability to communicate with all levels of an organization comfortably
- Understands how to use cloud-based Microsoft programs (OneDrive, SharedDrive, 360 Suite, and Teams) and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools, web conferencing tools, and MS Project; expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Keen awareness of current and evolving media trends, technology, and landscape of DTC marketing channels and ability to assess ROI from each opportunity.
- Demonstrated ability to work with multiple internal & external partners to execute a holistic strategy that incorporates creative, product, and branding direction.
- Proven experience managing marketing budgets.
- Highly organized, with the ability to be flexible, strategic, and work under pressure
Minimum Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communication
Minimum Experience:
- At least 4 years of marketing experience
- At least 3 years of social media marketing and digital marketing experience
