About the Role:

As a TA Specialist, you will be at the center of the candidate experience. You will be responsible for building creative searches for roles spanning across engineering as well as other areas in the business. In this role, you will use your technical sourcing experience and deep knowledge of the technology landscape to source exceptional engineering and business talent. You will be a true hunter who is able to think beyond linkedIn scrolling in order to seek out and attract the very best talent to join Click. This position also involves coordinating interviews.

Generally positions at Click can be on-site, remote or hybrid (an optimal combination of remote and on-site). Our headquarters is located in Tribeca, NYC, at the center of one of the fastest-growing digital health communities. We also have dedicated spaces in central Miami, San Francisco, and Boston, and, in addition, via our partnership with Industrious, any Click employee can access co-working locations nationally. For this position, we would like you to sit in our NYC office.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the people team and hiring managers to determine position requirements and agree sourcing strategy for each role.
• Source candidates and build candidate pipelines with highly technical and specialized skills for future and immediate needs.
• Coordinate and schedule interview and field candidate questions
• Distinguish qualified applicant profiles employing a variety of sourcing procedures.
• Promote our employer brand on online and offline platforms.
• Maintain applicant databases through our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse); Track talent for future opportunities and maintain relationships with past strong talent
• Provide market intelligence on the labor market that helps keep managers informed and set realistic expectations.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years sourcing or full cycle technical recruiting experience
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, etc
• Experience using Greenhouse is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to manage high volume sourcing activities for various professional levels
• Excellent research skills plus a deep understanding of the New York tech market
• Ability to analyze and dissect complex technical candidate skillsets.
