We are currently looking for a Rhythm Management Field Clinical Specialist Electrophysiology Graduate to join our Graduate Foundation Program. This is a new training program designed to help train and develop Graduates that are looking to move into a clinical Medical Device environment.   

The position will be based in Denmark, ideally around Copenhagen but as there’s travel the candidate can be based elsewhere.

The successful candidate will be offered a 12-month fixed term contract and may be retained by Boston Scientific in Rhythm Management or other divisions at the end of the 12 months.

 

Role & Responsibilities.  

Responsible for the day-to-day field execution and management of Boston Scientific products and services.

Technical insights

  • By knowing our products, procedures and services you will advise and educate customers appropriately, with a focus on impact and value. 
  • Daily technical and clinical support to cardiologist for Electrophysiology procedures.
  • Customer interaction
  • Build strong relationships with clinicians
  • Build relationships with other key customer stakeholders

Business planning

  • Be responsible for managing the support activities in your territory 
  • Be responsible for inventory and stock management
  • Work in close collaboration with the regional sales manager to reach objectives in line with company strategy

Market and customer development

  • Increases knowledge of account strategy across relevant accounts, working with account team
  • Identify opportunities to drive account growth through spending time with clinicians and asking questions to uncover needs and challenges

Competitive intelligence 

  • Proactively build knowledge in the market you operate in
  • Build and maintain insights into competitor products, advise customers appropriately

 

Be part of Rhythm Management team

Main region: Denmark, but Nordic support will be expected.
Being part of the Nordic organization, you will be required to support your colleagues in Norway, Sweden, The Baltic and Finland 

 

Skills and competencies required:

  • Masters or Bachelors degree in Biomedical or Electrical engineering (must have graduated in or after 2021) or master in para-medical education studies (biomedical science)
  • Danish native – English fluent
  • Valid driving license (travel 2-4 days per week)
  • Take ownership and desire on learnings and development in a commercial setting
  • Analytical and proactive mindset
  • Be problem solving and solution oriented
  • Have an entrepreneurial mindset, to help drive the business         
  • Be flexible to work with new technology and have a willingness to learn.
