About the role

As part of this position, will help us evolve and drive our Process and Programs strategy within sales and marketing for the Endoscopy Division.  This role has two major areas of focus:

  • Ensure the existing Sales Cloud platform is well implemented within the division and continually improve tools based on Divisional needs
  • Support the divisional data-driven sales effectiveness strategy to prompt internal execution and mindset shift around key sales processes & marketing insights.

In this role, you are expected to interact and communicate with other departments and roles: Marketing, Service, IT, Sales, and Manager/Executive to ensure that the above two main objectives are successfully covered.

 

Your Responsibilities will include:

  • Internal training: Active participation on the design and implementation of the required trainings that will ensure a successful adoption by each of the users within the division (over 100 employees) for all related software. Plan and execute remote, face-to-face, and one-to-one trainings with all the users.
  • Business Analyst / Data to Action Expertise: Support the generation of Customer insights providing data analytics and reporting. Work with divisional cluster & country level management to foster data-driven commercial decision making. Support the internal stakeholder in the development of planning and methods aimed at measuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales force including the sizing and geographic allocation of the Field Force in the territory
  • Sales Cloud Platform improvement. Help to improve the Sales Cloud by : i) ensuring that the EMEA Roadmap is successfully implemented and, ii) formally submit ideas for new features and functions via user stories. These ideas should be collected within our division users. Work with business users and architects to define and document detailed user stories, process flows and data models
  • Support Sales Cloud Adoption KPIs: Ensure that all the different relevant sections in Sales Cloud: contacts, accounts, opportunities, tasks, potentials…  have an acceptable level of fields completed by each of the users with good quality. Proactively set expectations and put in place contra measures when need it (when the data does not reach the standards required).
  • CRM Subject Matter Expert: Maintains an expert level knowledge of system functionality, configuration, and process to enable Sales & Marketing strategy execution.  Ensure quality data processes are in place to guarantee accurate qualitative metrics can be used and maintained.
  • First level technical & functional support. Become the first level support for members of the division for Sales Cloud.

 

What are we looking for in you?

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, management, sciences, statistics
  • 2-3 years professional experience in similar positions of responsibility within a strategic marketing or sales force effectiveness department. Previous experience in healthcare industry as a plus.
  • Advanced English level, Spanish or French knowledge would be a plus
  • Understand Sales Cloud technology to be able to test and implement new features.
  • Effectively lead technical discussions with stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Be able to lead projects with deliverables, deadlines, and key milestones.
  • Ability to work well with people including project stakeholders and project team members
  • Open to work remotely, with willingness and able to travel when required
  • Strong analytical skills and demonstrated understanding of how to interpret Sales teams business needs and translate them into requirements
  • Proactive, self-starter and curious attitude
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, technical, interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Common sense, pragmatic, and hard worker
  • Knowledge of Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of Tableau (preferably)
