We’re looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst (NetSuite), Supply Chain to join our Business Technology team. This is a hands-on techno-functional position that requires a strong understanding of general supply chain processes and how they function in NetSuite. In addition to core supply chain expertise, you will be responsible for partnering with other departments across the organization to improve our NetSuite capabilities, perform ongoing maintenance, and act as the main point of contact for the supply chain team for strategic business process and integration projects related to our NetSuite environment. To be successful in this position, the candidate should have experience with core NetSuite process flows and modules, NetSuite customization and integration, EDI experience, and strong project management skills.

What you’ll do:
- Primary point of contact, subject matter expert, and business relationship manager for Oura supply chain processes built on the NetSuite platform
- Create and customize NetSuite reports, saved searches, and dashboards
- Basic NetSuite ERP configuration (adding new fields, forms, custom records, etc.)
- Document and ideate solution designs based on supply chain and cross functional business requirements
- Build, maintain, and support EDI integrations from NetSuite to Orderful or other EDI partners
- Work directly with other Oura team members to support, drive, and coordinate larger/more complex projects that involve integration to/from NetSuite on behalf of Oura supply chain
- Manage intake, prioritization, design, and implementation of basic NetSuite maintenance tasks related to Oura supply chain processes and integrations
- Participate as a project team member for projects related to business process improvement, NetSuite customization enhancement, GAAP and SOX compliance, implementation of new NetSuite modules, etc.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external NetSuite consulting partners on larger strategic projects as a project member and ensure adherence to Oura and NetSuite best practices
Preferred location: East Coast cities. This role will be collaborating with EU teams.
Requirements
- 6+ years NetSuite consulting or NetSuite administration experience
- 4+ years experience working with EDI integrations
- Strong functional knowledge of core supply chain processes as they relate to NetSuite ERP workflows
- Proficiency in mapping and documenting business processes via tools such as Confluence, Visio, or Miro
- Experience designing and implementing custom solutions in NetSuite
- Working knowledge of concepts related to business system and EDI integration to NetSuite: iPaaS, API, partner outsourced or direct point-to-point
- Experience working with OneWorld/multi-subsidiary multinational organizations operating on NetSuite
- Hands-on experience implementing and configuring key NetSuite Supply Chain modules (Demand/Supply Planning, Supply Chain Control Tower, etc.)
- Proactive project management and communication skills working in large ERP implementation or enhancement projects

- Workato iPaaS experience
- NetSuite ERP Consultant Certification or other NetSuite certification
- CPSM certification or other relevant ISM coursework

Oura takes a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on your location. US locations are categorized into tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. While most offers will be closer to the starting range, successful candidates’ pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, internal peer equity, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.
Region 1 $130,000 – $160,000
Region 2 $123,000 – $152,000
Region 3 $117,00 – $144,000
Region 4 $110,000 – $136,000
A recruiter will be able to determine your zones/tiers based on your US location.
