The individual will be a key driver in the development and implementation of the International digital plan for Jazz’s portfolio. The Systems and Data Senior Manager will improve the agility and functionality of processes within the Digital Centre of Excellence (DCoE) to accelerate the digital transformational activities at Jazz.

Essential Functions

• Define and manage the DCoE program architecture across systems and platforms within the DCoE for effective omnichannel engagement
• Define the long-term platform requirements / instances and maintain digital architecture roadmap in collaboration with IS/IT
• Manage EUR/INT digital customer data from various touchpoints and integration between platforms to ensure omnichannel approach and 360 view of the customer
• Define, review and validate business requirements documentation within the DCoE for digital platforms and assets
• Support on the digital strategy and ensure effective execution of plans across various channels
• Work with external vendors to ensure high build quality and coding standards across a variety of different platforms

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong experience in solution architecture, ideally in a Pharmaceutical, Financial, Commercial or Development domain
• Experience with & knowledge of designing systems and platforms across multiple business functions (medical affairs, medical education, marketing, sales) within the Healthcare sector
• Experience and knowledge in cloud architectures, integration architecture, data lake, data visualization & UI design, website coding, Veeva CRM, SFMC, Customer Data Platforms, Digital Asset Management tools, etc
• Experience in working with external suppliers, including RFI/RFP selection processes
• Able to partner with 3rd party agencies to execute effective platform solutions
• In depth and current knowledge of a wide range of Information Technologies, with experience of their integration and configuration
• Experience in managing multiple projects and vendors,
• Proven leadership abilities working within a cross-functional team
• Fluent spoken/written English
