Your Role

As an Operations Intern at Brainamics, you will have a front row seat in the application of our cutting-edge service. You will be directly responsible for maintaining and steering the operations processes and through your work, help our customers to develop awesome games! To excel in this high performance environment, you should have solid computer, great communication skills and an outside-the-box thinker mindset with a thirst for efficiency gains.

Your Responsibilities

• Assume full responsibility and pay great attention to detail in recruiting, scheduling and collecting the data for the playtests of our customers and EEG-related research projects we continuously conduct.
• Test unreleased games, ensure technical performance and consequently a smooth running of the subsequent playtest.
• Deploy different methods for acquiring testers for our growing tester database.
• Apply your technical knowledge in processing the raw EEG data using our easy-to-use code logic to create the visualisations and videos that serve as the basis for the final product delivery to our customers.
• Work closely with our development team and uncover improvement areas in the processes and tools we use such as our application for recording and automation tools.

Your Profile

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. student in Business, Economics, Psychology or any related field.
• Great problem solving skills, hands-on mentality and the desire to thrive in a high performance and growth start-up.
• Curiosity and openness to work with cutting-edge technologies and ability to learn and adapt to changing environments very quickly.
• Creative outside-the-box thinker with a natural thirst for improvements and efficiency gains.
• Good understanding of gaming and affinity for solving hard and software related issues.
• Demonstration of strong written and verbal communication skills for an efficient communication with the testers as well as internal more technical audiences.
• Preferably, basic programming knowledge for processing the data and creating the various visualisations we offer to our customers as part of our service.
• Experience with social media ads is a plus.
