NeuroMetrix, Inc. is open to remote candidates with applicable experience. Woburn, Massachusetts, is located about 10 miles northwest of Boston, nearly at the head of the Mystic River Valley and roughly halfway between Lowell and Boston. Woburn is a mix of quiet residential neighborhoods, vibrant office and industrial parks, and wooded conservation areas, such as the Horn Pond Reservation, Forest Park, and Shaker Glen. 

Reporting Relationship:  Clinical Partner Support Specialist, DPNCheck® will report to the SVP, Population Health & Value Based Care

Quell represents the Company’s chronic pain treatment business. Based in Woburn, Massachusetts, NeuroMetrix maintains an active research effort and has several pipeline programs.

 

Position Summary 

The Value Based Care Partner Support Specialist, DPNCheck® is responsible for contributing to the Company’s sales and customer service sales initiatives in the Medicare Advantage and value-based care markets. This individual will function as a key member of the business development team, adding significant value to the Company’s strategic development for DPNCheck®. 

 

Specific Responsibilities

Essential functions and duties of the position include the following:

  • Analyze individual center purchasing trends of current enterprise clients and proactively outreaches to solicit and obtaining re-orders
  • Re-ignite dormant accounts by proactive outreach and nurturing
  • Assists with center-level account ordering needs of DPNCheck and supplies in collaboration with Customer Service
  • Supports Customer Service and Business Development teams by qualifying inbound lead calls inquiring about DPNCheck
  • In collaboration with the Business Development team, develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential new accounts for Business Development follow-up
  • Solicits and prepares quotations for Tier 3 and 4 assigned prospects.
  • Supports Customer Service when needed.
  • Documents sales activity and pipeline opportunities in CRM. 

 

Candidate Qualifications

The qualified candidate will have the following experience, knowledge, and skills:

  • At least two years of healthcare sales/customer service experience with consistently strong results and increasing responsibility.
  • Experience and demonstrated success in high-level business-to-business sales.
  • Experience in Medicare Advantage and/or similar value-based organizations and risk adjustment is a substantial benefit.
  • Proactive and creative thinking.
  • Stellar compliance and ethics record.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with a variety of computer applications/software; strong Excel skills are required.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to foster strong external and internal relationships.
  • Understanding of customer relationship technology and applications, including CRM applications and online tools. 

 

Education And Licensure

A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business, technical, or scientific area, is preferred. 

 

Compensation

NeuroMetrix offers a comprehensive and competitive compensation package, inclusive of an incentive plan and equity grants, that is commensurate with the candidate’s experience and qualifications.

 

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
