About the Role:
The Senior Analyst, HCP Reporting provides strategic analysis to key internal stakeholders including but not limited to Legal, Compliance, Clinical, Finance, Business Unit Management, and external healthcare professionals (HCPs). The focus of this position will be external compliance reporting requirements relating to federally mandated programs (e.g. Physician Payments Sunshine Act).
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinate monthly and quarterly analysis, data visualization, and reporting (as applicable) of HCP expenditures and/or other requirements to meet internal and external reporting requirements. Responsible for ensuring timeliness and accuracy of reports and preparation of annual external submissions
- Collaborates with key internal and external customers on deliverables and/or projects
- Supports the creation and presentation of quarterly operational review packages for the Global Director, GBS Americas
- Works with cross functional teams to identify process and policy improvement opportunities and champions a culture of continuous improvement. Collaborates with Value Improvement Function to prioritize and execute Value Improvement projects
- May train and coordinate activities of other team members and/or offshore resources
- Assist with preparation of monthly performance metrics
- Prepares sensitive reports and analysis for ad hoc requests
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related area of study
- Minimum of 5 years of finance experience, including a combination of audit, accounting and/or finance management experience at a global organization subject to US federal regulations
- Minimum of 5 years of experience using Microsoft Excel (formulas and functions, pivot tables, charts and visualization, conditional formatting, data Manipulation and navigation, and data connection across formats)
- Experience creating strategies to facilitate processes and drive improvement in a customer-centric environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with US HCP transparency regulations pertaining to Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industries
- Demonstrated experience driving change and communicating across all levels of a complex global organization
- Experience with Tableau or related data visualization software
- Experience using SAP, Business Warehouse, IQVIA Engage and ITR
- Organized, resourceful, customer-focused, self-motivated, and analytical
