Team Description:
We are a small team of 6 with a single Recruiting Coordinator, 1 Sourcer, and 3 Recruiters. We have come from many different industries to make up a group of experts on Hardware, Software, Research, and G&A hiring. We embed ourselves into our hiring teams to create the best possible alignment and relationship. Also the team works closely with each other, we believe communication is the key to success.
Job Responsibilities and Description:
Neuralink is looking for a Senior Technical Sourcer who is interested in becoming a true partner to the software engineering team and Senior Technical Recruiter. Recruitment is the driving force behind Neuralink’s growth and is responsible for cultivating exceptionalism by finding top talent and hiring experts for our interdisciplinary teams, all while providing an all-around great candidate experience.
- Responsibilities include sourcing, interviewing, and pipeline management for roles that include ML Engineer, Embedded Software Engineer, and Full Stack Software Engineer.
- Independently drive continuous improvement and strategic sourcing initiatives by providing your hiring managers and recruiters with the metrics they need.
- Build relationships with to discuss market trends, sourcing strategies and calibration.
- Create strategies to identify, attract, and engage with the best talent.
- Help build a world class Sourcing Team and Function within Neuralinks Recruiting Department
Key Qualifications:
- 6+yrs of technical sourcing experience in a startup environment or a faced pace tech company.
- 4+yrs experience sourcing mid-senior level engineers for Machine Learning, AI, Firmware, and Full Stack Software Engineers.
- Demonstrated expertise in identify industry experts and find unique methods to engage.
- Ability to comprehend engineering skills set on a technical level, and be able to determine their level of skill.
- Enough passion and depth to learn the basic technical fundamentals of the positions for which you’re hiring.
- Ability to build strong ongoing relationships with candidates, even after the interview process ends.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using Greenhouse, Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, and G Suite.
- Ability to navigate and source Github
Pay Transparency:
Based on CA law, the following details are for CA individuals only:
California base salary range: $135,532.93 – $175,814.63 and eligible for equity and benefits.
Your actual base salary and level will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
