EMEA Pricing Center of Excellence, Our Mission and Statement:
We create and maintain EMEA Pricing Policy, we build process and solutions to support its execution and to monitor divisional pricing Strategies. We share best practices across the organization, we drive price awareness across the organization, and we aim to be the go-to team for any pricing topic within the organization.
We support EMEA organization in complying with achieving pricing plan execution by partnering with the business, assessing pricing needs, proposing and developing pricing solutions.
Our Mission is to support the business in formulating prices which reflect our products and services value while allowing us to gain an edge over our competitors.

Location: ANY BSC EMEA HUB (Duesseldorf, Milan, Madrid, Hemel-Hempstead, Voisins-le-Bretonneux)
Key Responsibilities:
This role has dual responsibility within the Pricing team:
- To be a Pricing Partner to a Division and/or Region and Function by:
Partner with their Divisional stakeholder in:

- Developing, executing, and monitoring Divisional Pricing strategy
- Developing and initiating new product launch plans specifically related to pricing strategies.
- Analyze on-going pricing performance and identify new pricing opportunities
- Identifying emerging trends on competitor performance; reporting on specific price trends
- Analyzing and synthesize data into meaningful and insightful reports and communication
Share pricing best practices across business units and ensure solutions already present in the organization are fully leveraged
Gather pricing business needs, propose and develop solutions to meet those needs
- To be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on one of the pricing pillars by:
- Supporting current and future development of infrastructure within this pillar (processes & tools) to drive real and sustained pricing performance while comply with EMEA pricing policy.
- Training and supporting business partners and pricing team on the use of those infrastructures.
- Being the go-to person within the team for knowledge on this pillar

- Contribute to environment of mutual trust, respect and collaboration within team; sharing relevant information within team and developing new ways of working to improve team performance
- Work collaboratively with colleagues in divisions in EMEA and globally to drive effective pricing execution and performance
- Identify own areas for personal growth and development
Knowledge, Skills & Experience required:
- Undergraduate degree, business, finance or accounting, engineer preferred
- 3+ years finance or sales analysis/operations experience
- Previous Pricing work experience is an advantage
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; including business process and data analytics; able to construct and execute multiple complex analyses; general knowledge of other accounting and finance areas beyond revenue
- Strong organizational and project management skills, including the ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks across different groups
- Proven ability to analyze data from different sources and present findings, analysis and recommendations clearly in writing and orally
- Excellent interpersonal and influence skills; previous experience of successfully influencing colleagues across divisions and departments.
- Previous experience of working successfully within cross border and virtual team is an advantage
- Technical experience in the following:
- Expert level Microsoft Excel required
- Tableau is a plus
- Access, VBA and sales cloud is a plus
