Position Summary
Neuroelectrics, a biomedical company based in Barcelona and Boston (USA), is looking for an exceptional Product Manager with a very hands-on attitude to lead the Product Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for an assigned product/product group from the company product portfolio. Also, help the Director to translate the business objectives into the product/product group strategy and coordinate its execution. We believe we are driving a revolution in how we measure and modulate the activity of our electrical brains, which will have a massive impact on health, wellness, human-computer interaction, and society.
What Will You Do
- Help the Product Management Director:
- Translate business objectives into the strategy of the assigned product/product group appropriately involving the rest of the organization.
- Present product growth opportunities in light of business objectives.
- Enable and coordinate outbound product activities, incl.:
- Gathering market intelligence (through, e.g., customer interviews, competitive research, and maintaining close relationships with sales) and product intelligence (e.g., product sales and use analytics).
- Analyzing opportunities and presenting them as business cases for product development.
- Finding and enabling growth through product marketing activities, sales enablement, and partnerships management.
- Enable and coordinate inbound product activities, incl.:
- Defining technical specifications to the level of detail necessary for technical teams to execute (engineering, regulatory, production) effectively.
- Attend reviews of product development activities.
- Support defining and prioritizing technical issues outlined by the technical teams (related to, e.g., supply chain, quality, compliance).
- Support the case for the product in the organization:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, keep them engaged in the product lifecycle and manage their expectations.
- Evangelize both product mindset and the role of the assigned product/product group for the business.
- Maintain resources that allow for effective continuous communication around product matters.
- Support continuous improvement and documentation of product management best practices.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Comply with and enforce compliance with established information security and privacy policies and standards and act in accordance with instructions and procedures received.
What Do You Need
Must-have:
- BSc. or MSc.: Engineering, Science, or related.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) – other languages are also welcome.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
Bonus points:
- Marketing/business-related training in the healthcare field;
- Curiosity and knowledge in the areas of healthcare and neuroscience.
- Basic knowledge of innovation and design processes.
- Basic knowledge of data analysis techniques (Excel, SQL, and Python).
