Field application engineer (FAE)

Neteera is looking for a field application engineer (FAE) to provide technical expertise to help customers find the best product and service solutions for their needs. This position combines technical knowledge and direct engagement with customers. As a field application engineer, you will have a thorough background in the company’s product. You will also maintain relationships with contractors and clients to ensure smooth installation of equipment and services, audit internal processes, and make recommendations for product improvements.

Key responsibilities and tasks:

• Be the product “owner” – know everything about it and suggest ways for improvement.
• Train customers on how to use Neteera’s platform while maintaining positive and fruitful relationships with customers
• Provide customers with technical support as needed
• Help clients implement and plan projects effectively, identify issues and ways to resolve them.
• Prepare reports on projects to identify achievements and goals met as well as to highlight any areas for
  improvement going forward.
• Conduct performance reviews and carry out resource management duties
• Other duties assigned
• Compliance with regulatory requirement
• Maintain and preserve information & personal data security

Candidate profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or an industry-related field
• Customer engagement
• English – professional/ native level
