What You Will Do
In this high-profile role, as Product Manager you will be a proactive member of a dynamic sales and marketing team introducing a new and advanced technology and standard of care in critical care neurological patient management. The ideal candidate will be a high-impact, self-motivated individual desiring to establish a career in the medical device industry and in neuroscience technologies. As Product Manager, you will be responsible for all downstream marketing responsibilities for the successful execution of our critical care product line strategy and sales game plan, focused on driving market penetration and technology expansion in our global markets.
This position is office-based at our Corporate Headquarters in Irvine, CA.

What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s Degree preferably in marketing, business, biological/clinical science, or engineering, MBA preferred, with a minimum of 2-3 years of medical device/medical products marketing experience. Medical device sales experience is a plus
- Solid knowledge and experience in the medical device/ healthcare industry, familiar with the hospital environment and neuroscience clinical applications
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong empathy for the customer and passion for storytelling.
- Strong analytical and financial skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Able to convert product/customer feedback into valuable insights that can help drive the development of advancement of our marketing strategies
- Ability to competently represent the Company at professional functions and customer meetings
- Excellent advocacy and persuasive skills
- Capability to work independently and drive projects with many moving parts
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and be flexible enough to change priorities with short notice when necessary
- Acts as an ambassador of professional standards, seeking continuous improvement in ways of working to drive greater efficiency and purpose
- Ability to succeed in a rapidly changing, agile environment where continuous innovation is requisite to success
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; MS Access knowledge a plus, as well as Customer Relationship Management software
- Ability to travel 25%
