What will you be expected to do?

Our mission as a company is to create miniaturized sensors and wearable devices for biosignals acquisition and processing. Providing users with maximum comfort and safety, together with user-friendly and integrated signal processing software.

You will be part of our R&D team influencing and inspire the new generation of our Opensignals ecosystem software.

You will be expected to:

Lead a team of developers working on mobile APPs (iOS and Android), desktop applications, cloud (AWS) and backend software. You will be the point of contact between the SW and the multidisciplinary engineering teams at PLUX.

As a Lead Software Engineer, you should be able to prioritize well, communicate clearly, work across multiple facets of the project and juggle multiple responsibilities at the same time. Job Requirements

Our ideal candidate for this role:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Over 3 years’ experience as a software engineer.
• Strong experience with C++, Java, Python, Swift, JavaScript, TypeScript, SQL and HTML/CSS.
• Good knowledge of Frontend (React, or Angular2+).
• Good experience with SQL Database; RESTful APIs and Cloud Platforms (AWS).
• Solid knowledge of software engineering best practices.
• Experience working in an agile environment (Atlassian tools, JIRA, confluence).
• Knowledge of Portuguese and English.
