To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated professional who will fill the role of Office Administrator. The Office Administrator will be working from our headquarters in Philadelphia, PA and will report to the Chief Executive Officer.

Main responsibilities:
- Represent ANT North America as the first point of contact for email and phone inquiries.
- Coordinate shipping and receiving, including packing/unpacking boxes and stocking products. Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Maintain and organize records of incoming orders while communicating with customers.
- Communicate and place orders to suppliers in a timely manner.
- Communicate accounts payable and accounts receivable status to bookkeeping team.
- Handle AP/AR duties including depositing checks and communicating payment schedules to internal and external stakeholders.
- Organize and maintain cleanliness in the office space. This position is F/T, in-person.
- Maintain and develop working relationships with the building staff.
Qualifications:
- One to three years of experience in office administration or in an office environment
- One to two years of experience in customer service or similar
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented outlook.
- Positive and proactive work attitude.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite.
