ANT Neuro is growing and we have ambitious plans to continue this growth by expanding our support team in our Asia Pacific office in Hong Kong. Therefore, we are looking for an application specialist to further strengthen team, to expand our network and activities and to ensure an even better customer support on site.

If you have research and/or engineering background and want to apply your skills at the intersection of neuroscience, engineering, and medical diagnostics, we encourage you to apply. After training on our continuously evolving product portfolio, you will work directly with our CSM team to ensure the satisfaction of our customers. You will build relationships with customers in your region while representing a strong international player in the medical/research device market.

Job Description

• Delivering onsite and/or online customer education on our products, including onboarding training, follow-ups, and updates.
• Providing customer consultancy and support before and after sales, especially on the use and implementation of our products to fit customers’ needs.
• Providing professional application support to promptly process and resolve customer feedbacks, escalations and complaints, including error diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Handling product demonstrations.
• Liaising with our Head Office and also our partners on support cases in the APAC regions.

Job Requirements

• Degree or higher in Biomedical Engineering, Neuroscience, Electronic Engineering, or relevant disciplines.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese/Putonghua).
• Understanding of EEG, neuromodulation, and/or biomedical signal processing is a plus.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a structured and organized way.
• Confident appearance with enthusiasm and persuasiveness.
• Commitment and team spirit as well as a self-dependent and conscientious way of working.
