Digital Diagnostics is looking for a part-time Front Desk Associate to provide additional support in our Coralville office. This position will be responsible for helping to triage phone calls to appropriate departments, sorting daily mail, managing incoming and outgoing shipments, and assisting with various administrative tasks and projects as necessary.
Our Front Desk Associate will:
- Answer phones and direct incoming calls to the appropriate party.
- Provides administrative support in multiple areas including front desk operations, new hire packages, etc.
- Receive mail and coordinate outgoing shipments.
- Monitor inventory and assemble toolkits.
- Provide assistance and support to team members across departments on a variety of administrative tasks.
- Assist with projects as needed.
What You’ll Bring to the Team
- High school diploma or GED certificate preferred.
- Administrative or clerical experience is a plus.
- Customer service, organizational, and time management skills.
- Computer proficiency.
