Behavioral Technician Level I Duties and Responsibilities:

Dr. McReynolds is seeking to hire a Behavioral Technician to support a growing clinical practice with a mission of helping adults and children live healthier, quality lives. We specialize in reducing or eliminating symptoms associated with ADD/ADHD, anxiety, depression, conduct disorder, PTSD, migraines/pain management, reading difficulties, and other limiting conditions.

Full Job Description:

Experience: Experience providing client care and confident in a clinical setting (med tech’s, CNA’s, human service workers, behavioral technicians, etc.) with individuals from ages (5 – 90). On-site training provided, prior experience with biofeedback equipment not required.

As a Behavioral Technician you’ll be one of those incredible individuals designated to help our clients improve their quality of life using EEG biofeedback (neurofeedback) interventions. Behavioral Technician are critical to our success and exemplify the mission driven work we do every day.

As a skilled professional trained in the use of biofeedback processes, this non-invasive approach monitors the client’s brain activity. The information is used to improve symptoms associated with ADHD/ADD, anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic pain, sleep difficulties, and more.

We are highly motivated, focused on, and passionate about client care. This individual must be able to multi-task, be service-minded, and committed to offering our clients the highest quality care. The Behavioral Technician will spend time with clients, but also be responsible for other aspects of the client’s experience, including preparing charts and communicating with the clients throughout the treatment process.

Excellent communication skills and teamwork are critical to the success of this position.
