By joining the deployment team within operations, you will contribute in getting our solution into the hands of our users quickly by delivering meticulously planned launches and by creating effective plans for user acquisition and engagement.

Your mission

• To delight our healthcare organisations, and life sciences and medtech company partners through successful deployments of our Hospital at Home and SaMD products in Germany, Austria and Switzerland
• Plan and deliver projects on time which achieve large scale user acquisition and engagement, ensuring patients and clinicians get the most from Huma’s platform
• Implement our standard methodology for deploying Huma’s hospital at home and SaMD products, taking the baton from our commercial teams and, following successful go-live, handing it over to our customer success function
• Build strong external partnerships with customers alongside our commercial teams
• Confidently manage relationships and lead engagement with clinical and operational partners to gain buy-in, ownership and support for successful delivery of our projects
• Adopt a ‘white glove’ account management capability ensuring that our partners get the best from our product and have their concerns addressed in a timely and effective manner
• Be the bridge between the business side and the product/engineering teams and ensure alignment between product and business priorities

From day one in this role, we’ll expect you to have

• Proven experience of deploying and commercialising digital technologies to healthcare organisations or with life sciences or medtech companies in Germany, and/or Austria and/or Switzerland
• Expertise in implementing digital health solutions successfully and an understanding of the skills and methods that underpin a successful deployment 
• Outstanding people and communication skills, combined with experience of working closely with both managerial and clinical leaders within health systems and companies
• Fluent German language skills (C1 level or above)
• Solution-driven mindset with an ability to identify problems early and suggest ways to combat them
• Desire and drive to support our mission of creating a world where every person lives their life to the fullest

It’s great, but not required, if you have

• Experience of working in a life sciences or medtech company, or in the healthcare system in Germany, and/or Austria and/or Switzerland
• A clinical background
• Specific experience in implementing remote patient monitoring solutions.
