Purchasing Coordinator

Haifa, Israel        ·        Full time

 

What you will be doing:

  • Update ERP with purchasing status and due dates
  • Follow up and control of parts availability to execute sales needs
  • Improve purchasing efficiency
  • Fill and send new orders to vendors
  • Shipments to and from vendors
  • Expedite purchased items according to priorities
  • Handle returns/MRB items with vendors
  • Support handling of vendors’ invoices
  • Support operations logistic tasks
  • Coordinate vendor opening and approval
  • Follow up purchase order signing process
  • Maintain Vendors Price Lists

 

What you have:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing
  • Good organizing skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Multitasking
  • Detail-oriented
  • Good English, both verbal and writing
  • Excel basic knowledge

 

Advantages:

  • Familiarity with ERP systems (and specifically Priority)
