Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate, high caliber, Customer Success Specialist who is fueled by a passion to serve customers and solve problems. Formal training in neurodiagnostics is required with a preference for R.EEGT. A background in healthcare, medical research, training, technical support, software applications (SaaS a plus) and strong interpersonal skills would increase your success in this role.

 

Your Opportunity

This role is your opportunity to join Zeto as an early team member in our customer success team with considerable opportunity for growth. That will put you in a prime spot to elevate Zeto towards becoming the leader in the neurodiagnostic field. Your role includes training, support, and maintaining our customers toward successful deployment of our EEG platform solutions, as well as backend support and testing as needed. There will be opportunity to stretch yourself in other aspects of the organization as well. You will be taking a front seat in supporting a remarkable solution with the resulting upside in shared commercial compensation, and professional fulfillment.

Traveling to customer sites for training and occasional trade shows or demos, varies, but is expected. Non-travel days will involve covering support, software/product testing, customer relations/outreach, and EEG quality analysis.

Strong preference for people residing in Pacific or Mountain time zones and in an area that is approximately within an hour from a major airport.

Experience and Qualifications

Requirements:

  • EEG tech experience
  • REEGT mandatory
  • Computer/IT savviness (candidate should be comfortable with installing software and figuring out network issues, troubleshooting basic computer issues, answering basic support calls)
  • Patience and good emotional intelligence necessary
  • Good English written and oral communication skills
  • Willingness to travel overnight, usually by plane, for work with customers on-site up to 50-60% (varies between 25-60%)
  • A clean driving record, pass a background check, and a drug test
  • Minimum Associates Degree in Healthcare field, otherwise, Bachelor’s

 

Preferred/Plus:

  • Experience traveling for work
  • Customer/technical support experience
  • CompTia A+ IT certification is a plus

 

Problem We Solve:

Clinical EEG is an important diagnostic technique for neurological conditions such as epilepsy, sleep disorders, stroke, autism, and concussion. EEG tests, however, remain a lengthy, tedious process for both the clinical staff and the patient. More importantly, the vast amount of brainwave data remains untouched by the power of technology. Zeto has taken a significant step towards simplifying EEG. Our product is the first dry, active electrode EEG headset and cloud platform cleared by the FDA for clinical use.
